Many online sites have compiled articles and advice on managing and treating mental illness.  BetterHelp not only offers e-counseling through their platform, they also provide helpful guides to managing mental illnesses such as depression and anxiety.

This is an excellent post on where to look for treatment and counseling,  And this is an excellent article discussing those days when you just feel completely empty and have lost a sense of purpose, and these quotes can help motivate you on the difficult days.
